Any Shu officer willing would, once in Pei Sheng be able to get a task from the appointed task master in the city. This man knew all that was to be done around the city, and knew everything that went around among the people. Anyone could read the tasks described on the board and people interested needed to go the to task master and ask for the job before being allowed to go on this 'quest'. All around you people run from one place to another. Pei Sheng had been struck by a tornado...
-hospital (done by Mazza Yu)
After the natural disaster, the city is in need of a hospital where wounds can be treated. A hospital needs to be built as soon and as fast as possible to aid these people.
-doctor (done by Mazza Yu)
Find a doctor or cleric to help in the hospital that will be built. Find as much as possible people willing to help.
-aftermath
We need a full damage report of what has been destroyed of the city and we need to know what it'll take to rebuild every important building that is needed in the city.
-find survivors (done by Mazza Yu)
The part of the city which suffered the most damage has been evacuated and almost noone is there to search for survivors. Go to the wrecked part of the city and find as many people as possible and bring them to the remnants of the hospital.

The task master looks up from behind the table he was sitting at. the table cluttered with papers and plans of construction. "Oh thank you! thank you!" He says as he moves to Mazza Yu. "Please go help with the building, we were promised there would be helpers from Tian Shui coming but none have arrived as of yet..."
The task master then moves back to where he was sitting.

Mazza Yu is about to pick out another task when here heres some one shout "Mazza Yu there you are" he turns around to find himself looking at his adopted sister" Mazza Le, bout time you got here i was starting to get worried about you, but i would feel sorry for any poor guy who gets in your way" "so what are we doing" Mazza Yu look at his sisters face"well i think we batter go and try and look for survivors in the most damaged area in the city, i was just going to go and ask the task master before you shouted in my ear" he then bursts out lathing at the look he gets of her"I had to have an insane brother" " aha come on give me a break we got to go ask the task master for the .... well task" as the two approach the task master Mazza Yu says " task master we would like to join the search for survivors in the most damaged parts of the city, will you allow it and if so can you tell me where it is cause most of the city look in bad shape to me"

The task master looked up once more at Mazza Yu as he entered the building. "Welcome!" He said with a rather joyfull voice. The Task master had hope once more since the hospital was rebuilt... He then moved towards mazza Yu and started explaining.
"When the hurricane hit it hit the most east side of town the most, leaving almost everything in shambles. Just go to the east and you'll find all but rubble and some people searching for survivors." The task master said, "But, we would be very gratefull should you start your search in the most southern part of the damaged area. There's a lord living there, we haven't heard from him..."

i have searched the southern side of the city for survivors and the lord of the city has been taken to hospital

Mazza Yu returned to the task master to see what tasks were left "well might as well take this one, not to keen on the other one" he went up to the task master " i will take the task of finding some doctors or cleric

The Task master, having noone else to turn to would nod to Mazza Yu. "Yes, go, help yourself. There ain't really a lot of people ready to help out around here if you know what I mean?"
